Shipping Provider

Standard orders are shipped using APC Overnight, a trusted UK courier network.

Mainland UK

• Standard Delivery: Dispatched via APC Overnight and typically arrives within 1 to 3 business days.
• Shipping Cost: Delivery starts from £10.00 for orders under £150.
• Free Delivery: Free standard delivery on all orders over £150.
• Courier Variations: We reserve the right to dispatch orders via alternative couriers when necessary to ensure optimal service.

Heavy & Oversized Items

• Pallet Delivery: Heavy or oversized items may require delivery on a pallet and can be sent by an alternative carrier.
• Surcharges: Additional charges for pallet shipping are calculated and added automatically at checkout.

Offshore & Remote Areas

• Covered Locations: Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands.
• Courier Variations: Orders to these locations may be transferred to an alternative courier (such as Royal Mail or Evri) to ensure successful delivery.
• Delivery Times: Please allow an additional 2 to 4 working days for items to reach offshore islands.
• Surcharges: Higher courier operational costs mean a shipping surcharge may apply at checkout based on your postcode. Please contact us for an exact quote.

Collection

• Local Pickup: Collection from our main office is available.
• Address: Mediacoms Limited, Unit I1, Peek Business Centre, Woodside Industrial Estate, Bishop's Stortford, Herts, CM23 5RG.
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 4:30pm.
• Arrangements: Please select the collection option at checkout, or contact us to arrange a suitable pickup time.

Order Processing

• Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 11:00am Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same day.
• Dispatch Days: We dispatch Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Delivery Times & Tracking

• Delivery Hours: Standard couriers deliver between 8:00am and 4:00pm, Monday to Friday.
• Tracking: You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse.
• Delivery Window: Main couriers such as APC will send a text or email on the morning of delivery with a 2-hour time slot.

On Arrival

• Signatures: A signature is required for all courier deliveries.
• Safe Place: You can manage delivery preferences or specify a safe place directly through the courier tracking portal.

Damaged or Missing Items

• Inspection: Please check your package for damage before signing.
• Reporting: Report any delivery damage or missing items to us within 48 hours.
