The EAP653 is a slimline ceiling-mount Wi-Fi 6 access point for offices, hotels, schools and shopping centres. At 160mm across and 33.6mm deep, it delivers combined dual-band speeds of up to 2,976 Mbps for 250+ clients across roughly 140 square metres.

  • HE160's 160 MHz channel doubles data at peak times, though it is 5GHz-only, client-dependent and may be limited by regional rules
  • OFDMA and MU-MIMO efficiency, plus 1024-QAM and Long OFDM Symbol technology, raise throughput for more devices
  • Omada Mesh and Seamless Roaming keep clients connected on the move; both, plus captive portal and cloud access, require an Omada controller
  • Runs off 802.3at PoE+ or a 12V DC adapter sold separately, with ceiling, wall or junction-box mounting kits included
  • Guest access adds up to 16 SSIDs with SMS-based captive portal login and WPA3 encryption
