The DR3650V is a desktop DSL gateway from TP-Link's Omada range, combining VDSL2 profile 35b broadband up to 350Mbps with Wi-Fi 6 wireless rated at 574Mbps on 2.4GHz and 2,402Mbps on 5GHz. It also supports ADSL2+, ADSL2 and ADSL lines for a flexible small-business upgrade path.

  • OFDMA and 1024-QAM raise wireless efficiency, though connecting clients must also support these Wi-Fi 6 features
  • HE160 channel width doubles peak throughput on 5GHz only, and may be restricted by regulation in some regions
  • Omada Mesh extends coverage using additional EAPs that support mesh functionality
  • IPSec, PPTP, L2TP, OpenVPN, WireGuard, GRE and SSL VPN protocols secure remote access
  • The gateway joins the same Omada SDN controller as other site hardware; cloud management is free at Essentials tier, with a paid Standard tier for advanced features
