This is the newest official Sky Q remote with Bluetooth voice control. It is compatible with Sky Q and has a wireless range of more than 10 meters. This remote control unit is made by Sky and is 100% genuine. It is a wireless model which means that you can easily control your Sky Q box without being tethered to it. The remote is very easy to set up and use, and it is perfect for those who want the best possible experience when using their Sky Q box.
Turning your box off and on
You can use the standby button to turn your Sky Q box in and out of standby. If you’ve set up HDMI control, you can also hold down your standby button for 3 seconds to turn your TV into standby too.
Find my remote
Sick of losing your remote down the back of the sofa? So are we. That’s why our Sky Q touch remotes have a handy Find my remote feature to stop you turning your house upside down when you’ve lost it.
Press the Q button on the front of your Sky Q box and after a few seconds a paired Sky Q touch/Sky Q remote with Voice Control will beep for 30 seconds. Once you've found it, press any button on your remote to stop the beeping.
If you’ve noticed that your Sky Q remote is unable to control the volume on your TV you may need to set up your remote. You may also notice that some of the other functions on the remote still work.
How to Program the TV Volume to your Remote
If you have a Sky Q touch remote or Sky Q remote with Voice Control:-
1. Press and hold 7 and 9 until the light on the remote flashes. This will reset the remote.
2. Press and hold 1 and 3 until the light flashes.
3. Select Next and follow the on-screen instructions.
If you have a Sky Q remote or Sky Q Accessibility remote:-
1. Press Home on your remote
2. Select Settings, then Setup, followed by Remote Control
3. Select the remote you're using
4. Select Control your TV then Find it for me and follow the on-screen instructions

- Pallet Delivery: Heavy or oversized items may require delivery on a pallet and can be sent by an alternative carrier.
- Surcharges: Additional charges for pallet shipping are calculated and added automatically at checkout.
Offshore & Remote Areas
- Covered Locations: Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands.
- Courier Variations: Orders to these locations may be transferred to an alternative courier (such as Royal Mail or Evri) to ensure successful delivery.
- Delivery Times: Please allow an additional 2 to 4 working days for items to reach offshore islands.

Order Processing
- Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 11:00am Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same day.
- Dispatch Days: We dispatch Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Delivery Times & Tracking
- Delivery Hours: Standard couriers deliver between 8:00am and 4:00pm, Monday to Friday.
- Tracking: You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse.
- Delivery Window: Main couriers such as APC will send a text or email on the morning of delivery with a 2-hour time slot.
On Arrival
- Signatures: A signature is required for all courier deliveries.
- Safe Place: You can manage delivery preferences or specify a safe place directly through the courier tracking portal.
Damaged or Missing Items
- Inspection: Please check your package for damage before signing.
- Reporting: Report any delivery damage or missing items to us within 48 hours.
