14x14 DanteRegistered Audio Matrix
The DA1414 is a sophisticated PoE+-powered 8x8 Dante/AES67 audio matrix processor, engineered for complex multi-zone audio installations requiring both flexible routing and detailed signal processing. It accepts a rich variety of input types and provides an equivalently diverse set of outputs, all managed through an advanced processing engine.
Input connectivity includes:
- 8 x Dante/AES67 network audio channels
- 4 x balanced/unbalanced analogue inputs (with selectable 48V phantom power)
- 2 x USB audio inputs (USB-C and USB-B)
Output connectivity includes:
- 8 x Dante/AES67 network audio channels
- 4 x balanced/unbalanced analogue outputs
- 2 x USB audio outputs
Audio processing features per input and output stage include:
- Independent mono audio routing and volume control
- Balance adjustment
- Up to 8-band parametric equaliser with high/low shelf and high/low pass filtering
- API-based switching for third-party control platform integration without requiring Dante Controller or Domain Manager

Mainland UK
- Standard Delivery: Dispatched via APC Overnight and typically arrives within 1 to 3 business days.
- Shipping Cost: Delivery starts from £10.00 for orders under £150.
- Free Delivery: Free standard delivery on all orders over £150.
- Courier Variations: We reserve the right to dispatch orders via alternative couriers when necessary to ensure optimal service.
Heavy & Oversized Items
- Pallet Delivery: Heavy or oversized items may require delivery on a pallet and can be sent by an alternative carrier.
- Surcharges: Additional charges for pallet shipping are calculated and added automatically at checkout.
Offshore & Remote Areas
- Covered Locations: Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands.
- Courier Variations: Orders to these locations may be transferred to an alternative courier (such as Royal Mail or Evri) to ensure successful delivery.
- Delivery Times: Please allow an additional 2 to 4 working days for items to reach offshore islands.
- Surcharges: Higher courier operational costs mean a shipping surcharge may apply at checkout based on your postcode. Please contact us for an exact quote.

- Local Pickup: Collection from our main office is available.

Order Processing
- Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 11:00am Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same day.
- Dispatch Days: We dispatch Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Delivery Times & Tracking
- Delivery Hours: Standard couriers deliver between 8:00am and 4:00pm, Monday to Friday.
- Tracking: You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse.
- Delivery Window: Main couriers such as APC will send a text or email on the morning of delivery with a 2-hour time slot.
On Arrival
- Signatures: A signature is required for all courier deliveries.
- Safe Place: You can manage delivery preferences or specify a safe place directly through the courier tracking portal.
Damaged or Missing Items
- Inspection: Please check your package for damage before signing.
- Reporting: Report any delivery damage or missing items to us within 48 hours.
