Important Information
This is a complete Starlink replacement cable and is not designed to connect to another cable as an extension.
Please select either the 15m or 45m cable according to the total distance required between your Starlink dish and power supply.
During installation, avoid sharp bends, crushing or tightly coiling the cable. Connectors should not be positioned where they could become submerged in standing water.

Heavy & Oversized Items
- Pallet Delivery: Heavy or oversized items may require delivery on a pallet and can be sent by an alternative carrier.
- Surcharges: Additional charges for pallet shipping are calculated and added automatically at checkout.
Offshore & Remote Areas
- Covered Locations: Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands.
- Courier Variations: Orders to these locations may be transferred to an alternative courier (such as Royal Mail or Evri) to ensure successful delivery.
- Delivery Times: Please allow an additional 2 to 4 working days for items to reach offshore islands.

Order Processing
- Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 11:00am Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same day.
- Dispatch Days: We dispatch Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Delivery Times & Tracking
- Delivery Hours: Standard couriers deliver between 8:00am and 4:00pm, Monday to Friday.
- Tracking: You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse.
- Delivery Window: Main couriers such as APC will send a text or email on the morning of delivery with a 2-hour time slot.
On Arrival
- Signatures: A signature is required for all courier deliveries.
- Safe Place: You can manage delivery preferences or specify a safe place directly through the courier tracking portal.
Damaged or Missing Items
- Inspection: Please check your package for damage before signing.
