IMS-4 Music Streamer (220-240V EU/UK)
The IMS-4 music streamer’s discreet design allows it to be easily incorporated into any custom installation project. And, its slimline form ensures that it occupies just 1U of rack space.
BluOS allows the IMS-4 to stream lossless music at a quality of up to 24-bit/192khz to 4 zones in a home network. Accessed through the app, or one of the many supported integrated control systems, the multiple IMS-4 streamers can be combined to provide up to 64 zones, with each zone able to play together in perfect sync. It can also simultaneously play different streams to separate zones.
The IMS-4 can access millions of Master Quality Authenticated (MQA) recordings using BluOS technology to allow music to be heard exactly as the artist intended, anywhere in the home.
To power the music, the IMS-4 should be partnered with an installation amplifier such as our IA150-8C. The IMS-4 can be integrated with Crestron, Control4 and RTI and is compatible with other BluOS enabled devices.
Analogue and digital inputs allow the addition of a cable box or other non-network sources and to make them available in every zone. The IMS-4 even includes a system interrupt to let doorbells and fire alarms be heard.

Standard orders are shipped using APC Overnight, a trusted UK courier network.
Mainland UK
- Standard Delivery: Dispatched via APC Overnight and typically arrives within 1 to 3 business days.
- Shipping Cost: Delivery starts from £10.00 for orders under £150.
- Free Delivery: Free standard delivery on all orders over £150.
- Courier Variations: We reserve the right to dispatch orders via alternative couriers when necessary to ensure optimal service.
Heavy & Oversized Items
- Pallet Delivery: Heavy or oversized items may require delivery on a pallet and can be sent by an alternative carrier.
- Surcharges: Additional charges for pallet shipping are calculated and added automatically at checkout.
Offshore & Remote Areas
- Covered Locations: Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands.
- Courier Variations: Orders to these locations may be transferred to an alternative courier (such as Royal Mail or Evri) to ensure successful delivery.
- Delivery Times: Please allow an additional 2 to 4 working days for items to reach offshore islands.
- Surcharges: Higher courier operational costs mean a shipping surcharge may apply at checkout based on your postcode. Please contact us for an exact quote.

- Local Pickup: Collection from our main office is available.

Order Processing
- Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 11:00am Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same day.
- Dispatch Days: We dispatch Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Delivery Times & Tracking
- Delivery Hours: Standard couriers deliver between 8:00am and 4:00pm, Monday to Friday.
- Tracking: You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse.
- Delivery Window: Main couriers such as APC will send a text or email on the morning of delivery with a 2-hour time slot.
On Arrival
- Signatures: A signature is required for all courier deliveries.
- Safe Place: You can manage delivery preferences or specify a safe place directly through the courier tracking portal.
Damaged or Missing Items
- Inspection: Please check your package for damage before signing.
- Reporting: Report any delivery damage or missing items to us within 48 hours.
