HMXL66ARC HDBaseT™ Matrix
The HMXL66ARC brings a new standard of audio integration to our Essential range of 4K video matrix solutions. Built as a 6x6 HDMI 2.0 matrix, it supports full 4K 60Hz 4:4:4 video and harnesses CSC (Colour Space Conversion) technology to carry 18Gbps HDMI signals across extended cable runs – up to 40m at 4K, and as far as 70m at 1080p.
At the heart of this model is a dedicated 20x6 audio matrix that unlocks flexible, independent audio routing. Audio drawn from both connected sources and displays can be embedded and distributed throughout the system exactly how the installer or end user sees fit, giving complete control over how sound moves alongside (or separately from) the video.
Designed with real-world installations in mind, the HMXL66ARC also offers:
- A simultaneous HDBaseT™ and HDMI output on Output 1, so a local display and a remote zone can be driven at the same time.
- Smart video scaling across every HDBaseT™ output, ensuring each display receives an optimised picture.
- PoC (Power over Cable) support, powering the remote RX70CS HDBaseT™ receivers without the need for separate power supplies.
- A built-in web browser interface for straightforward configuration and ongoing control of the matrix.
- RS-232 and IR pass-through for clean, seamless integration with third-party control systems.
The result is a versatile, install-friendly matrix that pairs reliable 4K distribution with genuinely advanced audio management.
